Privacy Policy Optimal Silver Supply (“OSS”) respects your privacy. We will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about our customers to any third party. OSS, its employees and partners, are aware of our privacy policy. Customer information is made available only to selected employees and partners who need to have access to it in order to complete your order and are aware of and have agreed to abide by our privacy policy.
Privacy Philosophy OSS does not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding its customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used by OSS in ways to which you have not consented. Following completion of your order, we may send a message to clients requesting feedback. To maintain client privacy, we never share client ordering information with external parties. When you purchase products through OSS or register for any OSS services, we automatically place you on our list to receive email regarding updates about special offers, new products, and new services.
Use of Information Gathered OSS will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples of such information are: name, postal address, email address, phone number, and credit card information. This is needed in order to complete your orders. OSS may share non-personal aggregate, or summary information regarding its customers with partners or other third parties, but OSS does not sell or share any information at the individual customer level.
Opt-Out Features OSS gives clients control over the communications directed to them. When we collect your name and address information:
- You can inform us that do not want to receive communications from OSS such as email newsletters announcing specials or new features.
- You can stop receiving any messages sent by OSS by either calling us at 913-730-0387 or by sending an email to admin@optimalsilversupply.com with the word "remove" as the subject header, or by following the opt-out procedures contained in the emails to you.
ACH Customers Only
OSS uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. ("Plaid'') to gather End User's data from financial institutions. By using our service, you grant OSS and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy.
